When you use our inspection or contact forms, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property address, project details, and preferred appointment time. You may also choose whether to receive text messages.

How we use your information

Quality Restoration Group uses this information to respond to your request, arrange an inspection, communicate about your project, and keep records of those interactions. Our forms and scheduling are provided through ProLine, which processes submissions for us.

Phone numbers and text messages

Our forms offer separate, optional choices for service-related texts and marketing texts. Service-related messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, and project updates. If you separately choose marketing texts, we may send Quality Restoration Group offers and promotions. Neither choice is required to submit a form or book an inspection.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text-message consent with outside companies for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information to help us communicate with you. If you opt in to either type of text message, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
